Will there be a cost to attend the Reach digital experience?
All Reach 2020 digital experiences will be free of charge and broadly accessible.
Where/on what platform will the digital experience take place?
We're in the process of reimagining the conference and evaluating the different ways to widely provide content. We will share more details about where the digital experience will be hosted when it’s ready.
What will be included as part of the digital experience?
As part of the digital experience, you’ll have access to to on-demand and live content, including training sessions, a keynote, roadmaps, demos and more.
I have already registered for the conference. Will I receive a refund?
You have two options if you have already registered. You can either defer your registration to Xylem Reach 2021 in New Orleans or we will refund your payment. To proceed with either option, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens to hotel reservations?
You can still cancel your hotel reservation at no cost. Please contact the hotel directly to process your cancellation.
Will Xylem be refunding exhibitor fees?
Exhibitors have two options. You can either defer your registration, fees and space to Xylem Reach 2021 or we will refund your payment. If you elect to receive a refund now, you will then need to reserve your space for 2021 when registration for that year opens. To proceed with either option, please contact email@example.com.
